Admission Process

St. Mary’s High School have strived to make the admission process as simple as possible to ensure that parents enjoy a stress free application experience.

Admission Enquiry

Submit the online Enquiry Form from the link provided in website or visit the school admissions office. The admission Incharge will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

School Visit & Interaction

Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ideals of the Institution. Parents can have an interaction, ask questions and collect any information they require. This can be done through mail at [email protected] or contact us at +91 – 9246 391024.


The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, fill the registration form.

  • Registration does not imply admission.
  • Incomplete registration forms will be rejected.
  • Registration fee once paid will not be refunded.

Entrance Exam

  • Nursery and PP1 no written tests are required.
  • PP2 to X class will go through a short assessment test in specific subjects like English, Mathematics and I Lang (Telugu/Hindi). The assessment is designed so as to give an idea upon the learning level of the child.

Eligibility Criteria

Children have to meet the stipulated age requirement for admission as on June 2020 of this year. The required age limit for each grade is mentioned in the table.

Admission Confirmation

  • Students are admitted on First come, First Served basis depending on vacancies and merit list.
  • Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment (non-refundable) within 5 days of the declaration of the result.
  • In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.

Once the admission is granted, Application form is to be filled and submitted to General Admin along with the following enclosures.

  • Duly filled and signed Application Form
  • 2 passport size color photographs of the child with name of the student and class written back of the photo.
  • Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation or any competent authority)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) in original from the previous school.
  • Photocopy of child’s Aadhar Card

If for any reason the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.

Transportation and Uniform

Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue. Transport is available and the details can be discussed with the Transport Incharge during the visit to school.
